DESCRIPTION:We are in the spirit here at the Ivanhoe Neighborhood Council! 
 On Halloween night\, from 5:30-8pm\, join us for a Trunk-or-Treat. There w
 ill be free pumpkin carving and cotton candy too! Don’t forget to dress 
 up and participate in the costume contest at 6pm! We still need vehicle pa
 rticipants to decorate trunks and pass out candy. Please sign up here.
